Went for dinner and drinks New Year's Eve with friends, we predicted busy but the service was awful. The staff were apologetic but it was so understaffed on the night it was just chaotic. It took 2 hours to get our drink order after asking different staff multiple times. We decided to go up to the bar and found it in the collection point for waiting staff, it had probably been there ages. The food order was wrong which was another fiasco trying to sort. However the quality of food was fine. It took over an hour to settle our bill and we had to ask so many times even getting the security working involved to try and sort it. We were overcharged but this was sorted fairly quickly. The only reason we didn't contest paying for this shocking service was that we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible and didn't want anymore hassle. Will not go back again which is a shame as the location and quality of food and drinks are fine.
